I have a META-Checklist that I call “The Situationloop”.
It’s a Rulebook for when shit happens.
If I run into problems, situations or health issues, I can consult my Rulebook and just execute, execute and execute without thinking about it. The idea behind this that if situations are stressful or emotional draining or I’m otherwise distracted, I won’t have to do research or be confused on what I should do. I already thought about the situation/problem with a clear head and without being distracted. And usually when we are not under stress, we tend to think way more clearly. It also gives me peace of mind, that if so and so happens, I have a plan and won’t be lost. This Rulebook is an additional system along with my Todo App. My Todo App is for everything in my life and all my projects, while the Rulebook is for situations that don’t happen very often, happen only once or might never happen at all. It’s basically an extension to existing systems. By systematizing my life as much as I can, I can be more efficient, productive and have a more stable and easier life in the future.

I can’t link most of the Checklists here, since there are really very personal things in there or are specifically tailored to my needs and life. But I will mention them here in the list, if you are searching for inspiration to build your own Rulebook. The ones that are more general will get a sub page with a link, so you can copy it if you want.

Most of them are in German ( But you can just translate it with your Browser if you need )
